Official Rules
The Nokia X100 Training and Sales Contest (the “Promotion”) begins on December 10, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”). The promotion has six (6) aspects: a registration site (“the Registration”), a training video (the “Video”), a quiz (the “Quiz”), a game (the “Game”), a sales registration site (the “Sales Registration Site”) and a grand prize sweepstakes (the “Grand Prize Sweepstakes”), all as described in detail below. The Promotion is associated with Nokia X100 training and device sales.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 16 years of age or older, who are eligible full-time or part-time employees of participating authorized retailers and who register at https://play.redeemyouroffers.com/training/NK4Q4 (the “Promotion Site”) during the Promotion Period (“Participants”). HMD Global Oy is the sponsor of this Promotion (“Sponsor”). Participants must be actively employed and in good standing at a participating authorized retailer during the Promotion Period and remain so at the time the prize is to be awarded to be eligible to receive a prize. Sponsor’s determination as to eligibility is final. The Promotion is not open to the general public. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: A Participant will receive a Game play token after completing Registration for the Promotion, watching the training Video and taking the Quiz on the Promotion Site, which can be found at https://play.redeemyouroffers.com/training/NK4Q4. Participants that complete the Registration, Video, and Quiz between December 10, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. CT and December 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m CT will earn an entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing and a Game token to play the Game and have a chance to win a Game prize. Participants that sell a Nokia X100 between December 10, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. CT and December 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT and log on to the Sales Registration Site at https://play.redeemyouroffers.com/training/NK4Q4 to register their sale will earn an entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing for each registered and approved sale. All eligible Participants must complete the Registration, Video and Quiz to be considered for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
PRIZES:
Game Play and Prizes: The Game is a virtual Plinko® game. The Participant clicks a button on the game screen and the virtual Plinko® chip will land in one of nine prize slots. The Participant wins the prize corresponding with that slot, or, if the virtual Plinko® chip lands in the “Sweepstakes Entry” slot, the Participant wins one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. The available prizes and approximate retail value (“ARV”) are: One $5 Visa® gift card (ARV $5), One $5 Starbucks® gift card (ARV $5) and One $5 Burger King® gift card (ARV $5). Plinko® game plays must be completed no later than January 7, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. CT .
Grand Prize Sweepstakes and Prize. After the Promotion Period, one (1) Participant will be selected as the winner of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. This drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated representative and will take place before January 31, 2022. The prize for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, which will be sourced, paid for and shipped to the winner by Sponsor is as follows: One Holiday gaming bundle that includes a 58” 4K Smart TV, Xbox Series S with three (3) months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.
ALL WINNERS: Promotion-related data and prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. All potential winners will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of winning the prize with instructions on how to redeem their prize. Winners of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be returned within 10 days of date appearing on prize notification. Gift card prizes will be delivered electronically no later than 30 days after notification and verification. Return of prize or notification that the prize is undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by the potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to a different Participant.
Prizes will be deemed ”income” and are subject to all applicable federal, state, local and income taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes or redeem prizes for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each Participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s authorized dealers, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the awarded prize; and (c) to the use of his/her name, address (city and state), voice, performance, photograph/video, image, likeness and/or biographical information for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from Participant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. By participating, Participant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Promotion without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.
MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Promotion related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Disqualified individuals will be unable to re-enroll in the Promotion. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or submission of entries, or should the Promotion be unable to run for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the criteria outlined above.
