Confirmation/Activation emails: these emails are sent out to the email address on file for your account/redemption. These email can take up to 24 to be delivered and it is typically the first email you receive following your redemption/win.

Prize Emails: these emails are sent within 2-3 business days of your Confirmation/Activation email. If your promotion requires activation, which will be stated on the confirmation page or your confirmation/activation email, then your prize email will arrive within 2-3 business days from the time you activate your prize.
